Most people make do with the garbled mix of letters and numbers automatically assigned as their Wi-Fi name, but you can always personalize yours with something that will make it stand out from the crowd.

1. Joke Names (Puns, Wordplay, Jokes, References)
Joke names are often the most popular choice, and there are so many to choose from. If you’re struggling to think of one yourself, you can always reference your favorite TV show, or have a look online if you want to borrow an idea.
These names always bring a smile to my face, so it’s likely that there will always be somebody who will appreciate your comedic attempts. (Even if it’s just you.)
2. Personal Names
You can enter a personal name if you want to be sentimental, although it’s also a great way to easily recognize your connection easily from the list.
It’s not the most fun you can have, but as long as you don’t give away your password, it can be anything you’d like it to be. Of course, you can be personal in more ways than one;
