Thanks to a couple of great and easy to access videogame news apps for Android, I not only get updated with everything that’s happening around the gaming world but also the details right at the front. I’m sure that you’ll find these apps fast, easy to access, and fun to use than browsing different websites on your Android smartphone. Note: the best videogame news apps for Android were tested on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and Sony Xperia Z smartphones, the apps worked perfectly fine and no problems were faced during the testing. I completely understand that a lot of gamers don’t trust IGN reviews. They are kind of notorious. However, they are the fastest and the widest gaming news network in the world. So, if you want information or game guides about some obscure title, there is a high chance that IGN has covered it in extensive detail. At this point there are around 50 articles for one major game released on this app. If you want to learn more about Destiny 2 then the app will shower you with multiple different articles about that one game. The content is so detailed that it wouldn’t be a surprise to find articles dedicated to one particular gun in one particular videogame. So, if you crave content about your favorite videogame, then IGN is the place to go. As for the interface, I found that playing videos on the app is cumbersome and takes a long while to load, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend watching videos. The app is great for reading, though. Just as the name of the app is precise and to the point, the app itself is extremely fast and targeted towards your personal tastes. The first thing the app will ask you to do is to make it your own. You’ll be presented with a checklist of different genres and platforms, and all you need to do is simply select the ones that interest you most. For example, if you are a PC gamer and don’t want to see anything exclusively about the PS4 , you can simply uncheck the PlayStation tab and you won’t see anything about the console. The readability itself is quite easy on the eyes and the app uses a very familiar, Google endorsed tutorial style template that makes it very intuitive and instantly usable. Free Version
